The Kids Pastor will lead and grow a vibrant children's ministry where kids from kindergarten through 5th grade encounter Jesus, build real friendships, and have a blast doing it. This role involves recruiting and developing volunteer teams, creating safe and engaging environments across multiple weekly services, and partnering with parents to help families grow in faith together.
